Join us for a day of archaeology fun and discover the rich archaeological heritage that lies beneath our feet! This annual event is held in partnership with the Delaware County Planning Department.
Activities include:
- Assist archaeologists with excavations
- Clean artifacts in the lab
- “Kids Dig” and Pottery Assembly
- Archaeology displays & exhibits
- Food vendors
Free Admission. Parking: $5 per car. A complimentary shuttle bus will be available throughout the day to transport visitors between the event parking area and the Visitor Center.
This year’s Archaeology Festival is sponsored by Visit Delco, with additional support by Hoffman’s Exterminating Co. and J&M Preservation.
