Chester Water Authority Environmental Fellow
Jessica designed hands-on, quality educational programs that complement the biological and environmental resources found in the park. While in the office, Jessica wrote outlines for future programs, researched outdoor education techniques and philosophies, and worked on background materials for our ongoing habitat conservation and restoration projects.
Out in the park, she was most likely to be found with a pair of binoculars, leading bird and nature walks and keeping track of Newlin’s resident and migratory birds. Jessica has a BS in Biology and BA in Environmental Studies from Randolph-Macon Woman’s College. She is currently completing her MS in Biology from the University of North Dakota, Grand Forks.
